My beautiful king bed room included air conditioning plus a tv. there was also a refrigerator. a safety deposit box was available for valuables. I felt secure using it. the beds were quite comfortable.

The front desk offered amazing service, alongside the cleaning and restaurant staff. They were all great and very helpful. My room was clean, with a comfortable bed and rainfall shower. The hotel provided excellent amenities, including a nice warm rooftop pool.

The staff exhibited excellent communication skills by understanding and speaking English fluently. Car parking security was really polite, and the staff assisted me with check-in quickly. I always received prompt attention to my requests.

I found the breakfast great. A la carte meals were good too. Restaurant servers provided great service with a big smile. They addressed all my needs. The dining area offered a comfortable environment for enjoying meals.

the food tasted good and the hotel was clean.

the pool deck was very slippery and dangerous, i almost fell several times. the fridge also did not work well and struggled to keep drinks cold. pool towels could not be taken to the room, that was very inconvenient.
